  • Rental process

    • Do I need to place a deposit?

      Yes we require a deposit when booking a castle or when picking up equipment. Equipment deposit will be refunded upon returning equipment in same condition as when it was picked up. 
    • How far in advance should I reserve?

      Please make a booking as soon as you can to ensure availability.
    • Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?

      All inflatables comes with delivery setup and removal.
    • What is your cancellation process?

      We will refund deposit fully if you cancel 48 hours before the delivery time or weather turns nasty on the day. Otherwise deposit may not be refunded.
