All day hire are 6 hours between 10Am and 6PM, Overnight hours 5PM and 8AM Following day.
We will come to pickup soon after reserved time, Time only can be changed after agreement between both parties. Specially after overnight rentals we need to be able to collect early for the next day event.
Castles will not be installed on gravel, wet or uneven ground. It is a responsibility of the renter to check the ground and see enough clearance to set up the castle, failure do to so will incur a travel charge.
We deliver free within 20Km of Ringwood, Vic, 3134. We calculate distance from google maps fastest route from Ringwood to your location (NO TOLL). We charge $2 per every extra Km beyond 20Km.
We will not deliver castles if there are stairs on the way from footpath to setup location.
You must clean ground from any sharp objects, animal faeces and check to see there are no overhanging tree branches or electrical wires on the setup location. We need 1m wide entrance if your castle is setting up in a back yard.
We will need a $50 deposit when booking a castle. Deposit can be directly transferred to our bank account.
We have no credit card facilities.
You can pay cash on delivery/pickup of the equipment.
If required we can supply an invoice.
